Camera Ready Instructions

Please, submit the CRC version of your paper using our electronic submission system available here by using the paper re-upload function.

Full position papers are limited to *6 pages* of text on letter paper in ACM format.

Short papers are limited to *4 pages* and demo papers to *2 pages*

Papers will be published electronically in the ACM Digital Library.

Papers must not exceed these lengths, including abstract, all figures, tables, and references. It is not possible to purchase extra pages. Papers MUST be formatted according to the
ACM Conference Proceedings Templates You should apply the ACM Computing Classification categories and terms to your paper. The most frequently used parts of the Taxonomy are under C.2. C.2.4, D.2.11, and D.2.12. You can use the ACM Word or LaTeX style templates to prepare your article.

·         Latex

- Please use the option 2 style file from the ACM website (option 1 does not include the permission statement). Insert the following three lines in your .tex document after \begin{document} to produce the correct copyright statement:

 \conferenceinfo{M-MPAC 2009,}{November 30th, 2009, Urbana Champaign, Illinois, USA.}

 \CopyrightYear{2009}

 \crdata{978-1-60558-849-0/09/11}

- Please use Type 1 fonts. See the
ACM FAQ for help.

- If your paper has more than three authors, some of them will only be listed on another page if you follow the official format. See the
ACM FAQ for ways to fix the format of your author list.

·         Word

-          Insert the ACM copyright statement at the bottom of the first page left column with the following text:

                  M-MPAC 2009, November 30th, 2009, Urbana Champaign, Illinois, USA.

                  Copyright 2009 ACM 978-1-60558-849-0/09/11...$5.00.

-          You can copy and paste this statement from this file. This statement should appear in 8 pt. Times New Roman, justified text, with M-MPAC’09 in italic.

Papers can only be submitted in PDF format. When generating your PDF you should disable any protection or security settings that may prevent us extracting text from your file (e.g., we need to add page numbers).

You will need to submit a final file in PDF format without page numbers!

The PDF file should have Type 1 fonts (scalable), not Type 3 (bit-mapped). If bit-mapped fonts are used, they will not necessarily display legibly in all PDF readers on all platforms. We recommend that your test your pdf (print and display) on several viewers, e.g. both on Ghostview/GSview (http://pages.cs.wisc.edu/~ghost/) and Adobe Acrobat Reader (http://www.adobe.com/go/EN_US-H-GET-READER).

You must use True Type Fonts and all fonts must be embedded and subset. You can check the document properties to see what fonts are used (e.g., if you use Adobe Acrobat Reader, go to File --> Document Properties --> Fonts).

Please submit your camera ready using our
submission system. Name your paper as follows: MMPAC09_<surnameoffirstauthor>
