Paraboloid: REMOTE Experts
Computes a generalized paraboloid...
'Numexec' (n) = 3
2024.May.19 21:29:26
Volume, V cm3 Volume of gen. paraboloid. •
H, R cm Height and top radius. •
β  β > −0.5  (0.5 for paraboloid) Power in Y = Xβ (see below). •
n Number of points for plot. •
Show values ?   Test: Shows the coordinates of the graph. •

The program PARAB_Scatter calls the programs PARAB_Experti (i = 1..n − 1, with n = 3 in this simple, illustrative example), and the results from the 'Experts' are received by PARAB_Gather. Besides doing their own calculations: Scatter gets the user's data; Experti generates the coordinates of curve i; and Gather receives the coordinates of the curves and makes a graph.

(For ease of generalization to larger n, the programs are internally simply called 'parabRemi.exe', i = 0..n.)

Computes the profile... (see "Paraboloid" singly at Técnico or here, Inesc-ID).
