EuroSys2007 is organized by EuroSys, the European Chapter of SIGOPS, sponsored by ACM SIGOPS, in cooperation with: British Computer Society (BCS), German Computer Society (GI), French Computer Society (ASTI), Brazilian Computer Society (SBC). EuroSys welcomes submissions and attendance from all over the world and aims to bring together researchers from different areas of computer systems, who are otherwise spread over multiple conferences.
As a result, EuroSys2007 will follow the pattern
established by EuroSys 2006 and seeks papers on all

EuroSys2007 will take place in Lisbon from March 21st to 23rd 2007. Lisbon is the capital of Portugal, the westernmost country in continental Europe. It was founded by the Phoenicians and ranks as one of the world's oldest cities. The legend says that Lisbon was named by Ulysses as Ulissipo or Olissopo, which has its origins in the Phoenician words "Allis Ubbo", meaning "enchanting port".
The conference takes place in the Instituto Superior Técnico (most renowned engineering school in Portugal) of the Technical University of Lisbon, near the centre of Lisbon.
